The 2017 LeadingAge Annual Meeting & EXPO will be held at the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center in New Orleans, LA from October 29 – November 1, 2017. Call for sessions is closed. Registration will open in Summer 2017. View the floorplan and book your booth for the EXPO today!
Please be aware SHOWCARE is the only registration and housing company contracted with LeadingAge for the 2017 Annual Meeting. LeadingAge room blocks will open in late July.
Please be careful if approached by any other company or service other than SHOWCARE claiming to be an official housing provider of the 2017 LeadingAge Annual Meeting or promising you access to blocks at better rates. In the past, there have been cases of travel companies that are entirely fraudulent, misleading exhibitors and attendees with false information, rates and even booking rooms that did not exist. If you are contacted by another housing company trying to sell hotel rooms, please use caution and check with the Better Business Bureau to see if they area legitimate provider. If you choose to use one of these companies, please be aware you are doing so at your own risk as we have contracts with the hotels for the lowest rates over our conference dates.
